Some of you have been waiting for these pictures.

I went to Comic Con 2008 in San Diego in July with D and capt_oblivious .  We had a blast.  We went to some awesome panels, saw lots of costumes, went to the premier of Stargate Continuum which was attended by the Stargate stars themselves.  Beau Bridges actually said "Hello" to me, of course, Capt_Oblivious being the bold one got pictures with Ben Browder (hubba hubba hubba) and later that weekend with Seth Green (Ain't he just the cutest thing!!)

We could not get into the big ticket items, Heroes, Chuck, etc because of the lines.  The line for Heroes was over a mile long outside the building, that is NOT an exaggeration.  We walked about half of it, tried to cut in but got yelled at and booted out by some very militant people. So we made our way and ended up attending some panels we would not have hit and had a blast with all of them.  Like the comic artist panel where comic artists were on stage and had to draw characters, scenes, etc as part of a game or requests - it was fun.  And the voice over actors, where I got to see a legend (Chuck Mann) and someone who I have been following and like what he does - Phil Lamarr. 

We saw a partial Heroes sighting - Peter Petrelli himself (Milo V) attended the Top Comics panel because he is going to be playing a role in an upcoming movie based on one of their books.  And his current GF - the cheerleader herself was following him around.  Seth Green was on that same panel and he was just having so much fun, he's is a geek at heart and loves all of this as much as the rest of us.  He did an awesome gesture and signed his namecard and gave it to this one woman to give to her 15yo sister.
